Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Custom jewelry orders may require additional production time and estimated completion dates will be discussed before purchase.

Shipping:
All orders are shipped with tracking. Once an order has been shipped, Hippy Holly's Hearts is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and item.

Custom Orders:
Deposit is required up front and that will include: Stone cost, Silver cost and materials cost.Custom orders, made-to-order pieces, and personalized items may require additional processing time and are not eligible for cancellation once work has begun.
